Carrot Cake:  This delicious carrot cake has three (3) layers of moist, buttery, tender spiced sponge cake, loaded with carrots, and frosted with a vanilla buttercream frosting. Ingredients: Carrots, sugar, flour, milk, grapeseed oil, eggs, cream, lemon, vanilla extract, baking powder, sea salt, ginger, allspice, cinnmaon, orange, lemon extract, and clove.


Coconut & Roasted Pineapple Cake: This Coconut & Roasted Pineapple Cake is a family favorite. It has roasted pineapple, moist coconut, a rich buttery vanilla buttercream frosting, and a moist buttery vanilla sponge cake. It will be a challenge to eat just one slice! Ingredients: Confectionery sugar, sugar, flour, butter, milk, eggs, cream, coconut, pineapple, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and almond extract.


Pecan Southern Red Velvet Cake:  This decadent three layer cake is moist, tender, and made with premium cocoa with a vanilla buttercream icing and caramelized pecans between and atop each layer. Ingredients: Sugar, flour, buttermilk, grapeseed oil, eggs, cocoa, red food coloring, vanilla, baking soda, and sea salt.
